How Delivery Works
After completing your payment, here is exactly what happens:

Complete Payment
Pay securely via Razorpay using UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or any supported method. ₹100 for CTET Paper I or Paper II · ₹175 for Combo Pack.

Our payment gateway (Razorpay) verifies your payment in real time. This takes just a few seconds.

The moment payment is confirmed, the mock test unlocks immediately in your browser. No email, no code, no waiting — just start your test right away.

Your purchased mock test is accessible 24/7 from any device — mobile, tablet, or computer. No app download required.
Section 04
Access Duration
- CTET Mock Tests are accessible until the exam date (July 2026) or as specified at the time of purchase.
- NEET Mock Test Package remains accessible for the duration of the NEET 2026 exam cycle.
- Access may be extended at Zenith Educare's discretion if the exam is postponed.
- Once a mock test is submitted, you can review your answers and performance report anytime.
📌 Note: Access is tied to the device session. If you clear your browser data, you may need to re-enter your payment details to restore access. We recommend completing the test in one sitting.
Section 05
Payment Failure / Access Not Received
In rare cases, if your payment was deducted but access was not granted:
- Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh the page — sometimes there is a slight delay from the bank.
- Check if the payment was actually deducted from your account (bank SMS / UPI app).
- If deducted and access still not granted, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your payment screenshot.
- We will manually verify and restore access within 1 hour on working days.
⚠️ Failed Payment Auto-Refund: If payment was deducted but order failed, the amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. You do not need to contact us for this.

No Physical Shipping
Zenith Educare does not ship any physical products. This includes:
- No printed question papers or answer sheets
- No physical study material or books
- No DVDs, pen drives, or offline content packages
- No admit cards or certificates by post
All content is delivered and accessed entirely online through our website zenitheducare.com.
