Note: Free mock tests (like NEET free tests) are not subject to this policy as no payment is involved.

Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

You must provide valid proof of payment (transaction ID, UPI screenshot, bank statement).

The product/content must NOT have been accessed, downloaded, or used.
β
Refund request must be submitted via email with your registered mobile number and order details.

For technical issues, you must first report the issue and allow us 48 hours to resolve it before requesting a refund.

No Refund Will Be Issued In These Cases: change of mind, partial completion of mock test, found cheaper elsewhere, not satisfied with score, not studying anymore, or if mock test access link was shared with someone else.

How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

Step 2: Include your full name, registered mobile number, payment transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund.

Step 3: Attach a screenshot of your payment confirmation (UPI/bank).

Step 4: Our team will review your request within 3β5 working days and respond via email.

Step 5: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 working days.

Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider. Zenith Educare processes refunds within the stated time, but the actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time.

Cancellation Policy
Since our products are digital in nature, cancellation works differently from physical products:

You may cancel a purchase before accessing the content by contacting us within 24 hours of payment.

Once the mock test link has been sent to you or content has been accessed, cancellation is not possible.

If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, we will automatically cancel and refund the extra payment.

Subscription plans (if any) cannot be cancelled mid-cycle; they remain active until the end of the billing period.

Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. We will consider refunds or credits in the following special cases:

Exam Cancellation: If the exam you prepared for is officially cancelled by the government/conducting body, we will offer a credit note valid for future purchases.

Medical Emergency: If you are unable to take the exam due to a hospitalisation (with valid medical proof), we will transfer your purchase to the next available batch.

Platform Technical Error: If our platform has a technical error that prevented you from completing the mock test, we will provide a replacement access or full refund.

Overcharge: If you were charged more than the displayed price due to a system error, we will refund the excess amount immediately.
